Health Benefits of dancing?

If you needed a good reason to come and join us how about this recent research from Western Sydney University’s School of Science and Health.  See – news for the ABC Report.  The main claim is that dancing lowers risk of heart disease for people aged over 40 who dance by almost 50%.
