Workshop on Morris Dancing – good fun for all
The Morris Dancing workshop held on the 8th of June and organized by Rosie Fleay was an enjoyable event. Six Perth Morris Men and at least six other dancers got together to learn some new dances. Caroline, an ex Brisbane Morris Dancer taught some new dances and Tom Davis from Perth Morris taught Tinners and Moorhouse Square. Afterwards the dancers adjourned to a nearby restaurant for some well earned sustenance.
Thanks to Rosie, Caroline and Tom for their organization and instruction, the musicians for their excellent music and thanks to the participants for their enthusiasm.
